Support

Write to support@habitterritory.app. One person reads it, so plain description beats a bug template.

The sign-in code did not arrive

Check the spam folder first — a six-digit code from a young domain is exactly what a filter dislikes. Codes expire, so request a fresh one rather than using an older mail. The service also limits how many codes it will send in a day; if you have been asking repeatedly, wait and try once more. If nothing arrives at all, write to the address above from the same account and say which address you were signing in with.

An invitation link does not work

An invite link works only for the room it was made for. If a link stops working, write to support with the room's name. If the room is full, the link says so.

I logged the wrong number

An entry can't be edited in the app. Write to support with the room and the day, and it will be fixed on the server. You can delete the message on your own entry.

I want some of my data gone, not the account

In the app, without deleting the account:

Anything else you logged — an entry, a note, a room you created — is removed on request: write to the address above from the account's email address and say what should go. It is done by hand, usually within a few days.

I want my account gone

In the app, or without it on the web: sign in at habitterritory.app/sign-in with the same email, open Profile and choose Delete account.

The profile screen deletes it, including the records attached to it, your blocks included. A report you made or one about you stays until it expires, and deletion does not reach the report mail already sent to the operator either — see Reports on the privacy page. There is no confirmation mail and no waiting period. If you would rather ask a person, write to the address above.

Reporting a note, a message or a player

In a room, the "…" button beside another player's entry in the history opens Report entry. On a player's page, Report player reports them as a whole — the way to report an offensive name. You can also write to the address above; say which room and which player.

A person reviews every report within 24 hours, and a note or message found abusive is removed.

Blocking a player

After you report someone the application offers to block them, and their page has a Block button. Blocking hides their notes, messages and throws from you in every room you share. They stay in the game — their name, character and cells are still there — and they are not told. Unblock them from your profile, under Blocked players, or from their page.

Something is broken

Say what you did, what you expected and what happened instead, and roughly when — the server keeps logs for fourteen days, so a timestamp makes the difference between finding it and guessing. A screenshot helps.
